The “31st International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy” that will be held in Madrid next 4, 5 & 6 of November, will be the largest forum dedicated to privacy in the World.

In order to take part in the different Sessions (plenary, parallel and Spanish) of the Conference, as in the different social events that will be held during the Conference, you must fill up de online registration form or the same registration downloading by PDF.

The procedure will take the following steps.

Once the process is finished you will receive a email confirmation (to the email detailed)

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION

Inscription dates

We inform you that the period of registration expire on September 30th.

In case you wish to register, it will be subject to confirmation for the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Rates

Applicable registration fees are based on the date of payment, not on the date of registration.

Confirmation of Registration

Registration will be considered as valid and will then be officially confirmed upon reception of full payment.

IMPORTANT:
In order to prevent refusal of your payment, please ensure that:

Your bank has charged all transfer costs and commissions to the originator.
Your transfer is sent and received in euros.

Deadline of Payment

If payment is not received by September 30th, registration will be cancelled.

On site payment will not be possible.

Cancellation Policy

Demands in writing only to Viajes Iberia Congresos.

Until September 15th, refund after deduction of handling fees of 35€.

From September 16th, no refund.

Name Substitution

Name substitution is permitted only for participants of a same company until October 9th.

Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be incorporated to the “Training, Awards and Events” file, controlled by the Spanish Data Protection Agency and used for sending out information on the Agency’s activities. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection at any time, by means of a text addressed, together with an official identification document, to the Spanish Data Protection Agency -Agencia Española de Protección de Datos-, Secretary General, C/ Jorge Juan n† 6, 28001 Madrid.
